100% Client satisfaction stands as our goal. Just in case any client becomes dissatisfied with our work, we do possess a refund policy.
Clients have up to 30 days to expressly communicate dissatisfaction with a website. If the client does so, the contract may be voided unless otherwise agreed beforehand. An 80% refund will be issued. If the client similarly communicates dissatisfaction after 30 days, but within 60, then a 35% refund may be issued. All later cancellations will produce no refunds. An exception to the above policy exists if it is reasonably clear that a client has purchased a website with the premeditated intent to cancel after accomplishing a brief goal.
All other services bear no refund opportunities as a default, though we expect to be more than willing to issue full or partial refunds for all reasonable situations.
